We realized that in one’s search for self actualization and self improvement and in order to become true victors, the healing component is vital.
Healing from intergenerational/ familial trauma, immigration traumas, oppression, displacement, socio-economical traumas, internalized racism, and ingrained trauma and disappointment from external acts of racism and prejudice, in order too help break the never-ending cycle by raising leaders who can now go out and raise other leaders and make a different impact on society.
We have decided to move past sympathy and reach towards self empowerment starting with inner healing, healing and mending relationships, which will lead to healing the Black community and then healing all communities by building cross cultural and cross racial bridges.
